Q: How can you afford to give Members so much money back?

A:
Members Agent Referral works with a network of preferred agents who have agreed to pay a referral fee to participate in our program. The Member Reward you receive is equal to 20% of the total amount that would have gone to your real estate agent's commission. That's why we can only offer a Member Reward if your agent participates in our program.

Q: Do I really need a real estate agent?

A:
We highly recommend it. Whether you are buying or selling, you need a professional to represent your best interests.

Our real estate agents are seasoned professionals that work hard to protect YOU. Plus, each agent must meet very strict qualifications and ethical standards before they can participate in our referral network.

Besides, if you don't use one of our participating agents, we cannot offer you our Member Reward (rebate). So, why not have a professional looking out for your best interests - and save money doing so?

Q: What is real estate "agency" and why is it important?

A:
A Real Estate Agent's primary loyalty is to the SELLER of a listed property. This is true whether the agent lists the home or is showing the home to potential buyers. Home buyers sometimes incorrectly believe the agent who is showing them homes actually represents them. Not true.

A BUYER'S AGENT protects the party whom is purchasing the home. A buyer's agent is obligated to look out for their buyer's best interests. This includes revealing information that may have been discovered about what the seller's motivation really is or what the seller may be willing to negotiate. A buyer's agent protects the buyer's best interests and puts the buyer in a much better position to negotiate with sellers.

A SELLER'S AGENT represents the home seller. All agents showing the home, by default, represent the SELLER. An agent could drive you around for three weeks showing you homes and telling you all about them. However, unless he is contracted to be your Buyer's Agent, he represents the seller of every home he shows you. His loyalty is to them ~ not you.

DUAL AGENCY is when two agents (or the same agent) work for the same broker representing the buyer and/or seller in a real estate transaction. This relationship must be disclosed to the buyer and the seller involved in the transaction. However, privileged information (motives, concessions, etc.) cannot be disclosed to the opposite party without permission from the first party.

Whenever purchasing or selling property, you may want to consider using a seasoned professional who will represent YOUR best interests.

Our network of agents not only has vast experience and knowledge, but also speak over 20 languages fluently! They will represent YOUR best interests.
