Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma,
Oregon, Tennessee.
You may want to write your Congressperson and make it known that your state deserves to get back rebates, like the other states who are enjoying these savings.
